Daniel Orobitg Rivière

Third generation dedicated to the hospitality and restauration industry. He is sommelier, qualified in restauration Services and graduated in hospitality management. He studied in ESHOB (Escola d’Hostaleria de Barcelona). He has been working in hotel companies around the world, as Expo Hotels, Catalonia Hotels, Fira Internacional de Barcelona, Relais & Chateaux, Small Luxury Hotels of the World or Globalia. He worked as a Maître, Sommelier, Operations Manager and as a Supervisor of gastronomic business. Present on events as the World Mobile Congress (2008 and 2009), Bread & Butter or Saló Nàutic and Saló de l’automòbil.
On 2009, with his shareholder Pep Pujol they created Auditgourmet Consulting with the intention of keep working in the services industry. Since its creation, they have developed projects in Dominican Republic, Moroco, Brazil and Barcelona.

Pep Pujol Peral

Catalan Interiorist Designer, specialiced in comercial and restauration spaces design.He studied in ESHOB (Escola d’Hostaleria de Barcelona), specialiced as a cheff during the 90’s. He worked for seven years in the sector, emphasizing “El Bulli Catering” and “Ca n’elobre” as Main Cheff. He started his professional career as a designer, executing housing projects at “D’Interiors de Granollers”. Then he became part of the staff on Joan Batlles i Pi buffet designing and carrying out hospitality, housing and comercial business projects. He has been speaker in l’Escola d’Hostaleria de Barcelona about the design concept and bases for the restaurant projects realitzation.
On 2008 he became part of Ramon Malvar Architects team, where he created several projectes also related to restaurant industry. On 2009 and with guaranteed experience, he created with his shareholder Daniel Orobitg, Auditgourmet Consulting with the intention of keep working in the hospitality and design.
